What the hell is Booleancoin

Lately I have been reading a lot about Booleancoin and the project Boolean. It was when I read about it in an article by @biddle who happens to be the founder of the project. He runs the platform with his family and a few technical experts. The project is the beta phase just as steem and plans to put an end to fake news across all media outlets.
