Neil Strauss, the author of this book, is a NINE time New York Times bestselling author. He likes to share secrets in his books...

Here are just some of the cool things I learned from his 2009 bestseller, Emergency 🚨:

You can sterilize a knife with sodium hydroxide in order to get rid of DNA evidence.

A common plant growing in California is called "California parsley surprise."
It's actually hemlock.
Don't eat it (ask Socrates how that worked out for him)...

This was my second time reading this book, and I recommend it to anybody who likes reading.
