Alright, this is a big one. Many have heard about this book but, due to its scarcity, especially in the hardcover edition, few have seen it. It's an honor to hold. Ted Berrigan and Ron Padgett were prominent counter-culture poets of the 1950s and 60s, and pillars of the second generation of the New York School Poets. Bean Spasms is a wonderfully absurd collection of poems, drawings, stories, mock interviews, playlets, with additional contributions by artist Joe Brainerd. Mega-scarce!

<3 This is really an amazing book. I have never seen anything like it, and very happy for being introduced.
It's a true gem! I believe there was a reprint in 2012 that goes for a much more palatable price.
