RE: 5 Books That Changed & Are Still Changing My Life!
Thank you so much @hardikv for this valuable inspiration. I have read "Ego is the Enemy" before and I personally agree 100%, that it's very important to be aware of the difference between ego and self-esteem before reading it. So great you pointed that out.
I was always very attracted by color, observation, and perception. When it comes to perception color/frequency plays an important role in my eyes. At the moment :) I love this book by Jacob Liberman. It's not at all so medical like it may sound. For me it is much more about perception and the awareness of what (usually unaware) influence color/frequency has on my perception/observation. Apart from this color holds such a huge potential for development and healing and it is for sure a forgotten gift by nature. Thus I felt, I have to start a series on color energy at my blog.
Have a great weekend everybody, and maybe a good book at hand for the weekend :)
Nice!
Thank you very much for your eye-opening, inspiring post. Now I have plenty of books to read for the next weeks :) as soon as they arrive here ... Awesome books it seems. @hardikv
Thanks and have a great weekend @barberocaico!
One of my friends had told me the benefits of sun-gazing, don't know if that is related to the medicinal use of light that might be mentioned in the book. I shall definitely check it out. Thanks for taking time to read the post and comment.
1 Steem coming you way :)
Yes, sun-gazing is for sure very beneficial. Color energy can be absorbed through the skin, digestive system and the eyes. In case you are interested in a brief overview, this is part one of the mentioned series https://steemit.com/art/@anutu/color-energy-explained-a-forgotten-gift-of-nature
Thank you very much for 1 Steem, what a nice surprise! Thanks again.
