Put the pressure on yourself

This is the opening sentence to a pharagraph of Brian Tracy's book 'Eat That Frog!', which a pretty damn accurate statement.
For some reason we often go easy on ourselves. Even when we want to punish ourselves for not being disciplined enough, we end being a bit soft. The key is not in finding out why that is, but more into triggering yourself to achieve more.
