10 Ways You Can Be Bold This Week

8. Learn a new skill

It's invigorating to try something new. You're never too young or too old to learn a new skill. Try your hand at the piano, bring out the old chess board, or try learning a new language! There are so many skills out there just waiting for you to master them, and now is the time to start! Don't rush it, learn something new at your own pace.

9. Face a fear

Everybody has fears, and everybody has something that scares them, whether it be physical or mental. It's okay to be scared, it's natural. But life is also about facing your fears. Facing yours fears can be downright terrifying, but instead of thinking about the moment, think about how great you will feel when it's over. When you have conquered your fear!
