Eggs are so healthy and a quick to prepare. There are so many ways to cook egg you can eat egg any time during breakfast, lunch snacks or dinner. Today I'm sharing a very healthy Boiled Egg salad recipe. It taste so delicious, and prepare in very short time. I will prepare it by using Boiled eggs, onion, tomatoes, green chilies and coriander leafs, pepper corn and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

¼ Tomato chopped

¼ Onion chopped

1-2 green chillies chopped

1 tablespoon green coriander chopped

½ Lemon slice

Method:

How to boil eggs perfectly? To boil eggs perfectly.

First of all we will place eggs in a pan in single layer, followed by pouring water so that eggs covered at least 1 inch of the water. Next add salt and boil them for 15 minutes. Never over boil eggs else they turned hard. Remove eggs from the heat and keep under cold running water and peel them. Cut all the eggs in two pieces.

Next in a mixing bowl, combine chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leafs, lemon juice and salt mix it and keep it side.

finally place sliced eggs on the serving dish, sprinkle salt, crushed black pepper corn followed by placing tomato- onion mixture over the eggs. Delicious egg salad is ready to serve immediately.
