If your heart and mind are good, of course you will see things that are not good
It is very difficult to teach the heart and mind to continue to have good prejudices on every thing that God has foretold us, such as calamity.

That is why you must train your heart by continuing to prejudice God, even in difficult circumstances, because God will give you good at the end.
Even if you are in a state of distress, or in a state of great disaster, of course you will feel calm and as if strong, when you yourself are good at thinking to God sincerely and patiently.
As well, even if you are in pain that is very painful, then of course you will feel fine living your life, if you think well you put it first.
Your heart will always be firm and roomy, if you aim at the beginning by continuing to be kind.
Calamity will be easily passed by you, if only your heart and mind work together to be kind to God.
