THE MEDIAS BODY IMAGE

Throughout our life our body changes, our cells regenerate and our whole body replaces its self every 7 years! 

However with the impact and global acceptance of the internet it is so easy to convince and portray an "ideal" anything! As soon as we can hear the media is drilling us with information that "message" is passed through all family, friend, acquaintances and strangers! 

Puberty changes our bodies that is out of our control! No matter what we eat, how we dress, how much we exercise nothing is quite working and on top of that the media is telling us that it\"s "unnatural" and need to make a change and stop being lazy but in reality it\"s nothing to do with us and our choices. 

Body image is so warped and disfigured by the media that even as an 11 year old who\"s going through so many new changes and hormones hate ourselves and bodies.
