FAT to FIT [Day 42/60] | Burning Calories like crazy 🔥

Hey Friends,
slowly the Abs coming thorugh even on my left Side (own view)!
Its been a while since my Bodyfat was that low so I can only guess...
most of my evil and peristent Fat is around my Stomach and lower Back and also inner Quads!
Now that its my hardest Week of my peridisation cycle I can dare to go down with the Calories even more!
Im gonna have a Deficite of around 1500 - 2000 Calories! 🔥
Such a high Deficite need to be encountered with heavy Training and high Proteinintake to make sure we dont burn all our hardly earned Musclemass! Just finished a heavy ass Training!
Lets rock this crazy Week and unlock those abs even more...
