It would be easy to recognize a person suffering from Boanthropy, he would probably be on all fours and chewing grass. Boanthropy is a mental disorder in which a person perceives himself as a cow or an ox.

The most famous man to suffer from this disorder was none other than Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon.
