I think the real question is "How fast do you think people will be finding out how to turn off that feature?" I certainly would not want to be spammed as I pass someone by or walk through a mall from all the stores. I'm finding Googles map messages being a little annoying about certain stores I go in or by. In fact I'm going to turn that feature off now. Oh I found that my location history was on too. Now all deleted. :)
