Camping at 5400 meter high mountain Ridge
When two friends get lost on high altitude then it comes, "The Fear". Our Target was to reach Kaza from Manikaran by foot. We were self supported without any guide. After four days of camping finally the day has arrived when we had to cross the Pin Parvati Pass (5319 meters). We were super exhausted and due to heavy snowfall we took a wrong turn towards Parvati glacier. It took hours of effort to cross the 10-12 feet wide crevasses, even we were without crampons, ice-axe and other gear. But somehow we crossed the Parvati glacier and reached on a unknown Col, which was 5400 meter from sea level. It was thunderstorm and heavy snowfall outside the tent, we were scared. It was the wrost and long night of my life.
Next morning we came back without thinking to cross the Pin Parvati Pass. I want to go there again, let's see when I leave.

Your adventure incident and photography both are awesome. I assume though you didn’t have proper trekking gears but you surely had your camera. 😊 I can imagine how long that night would have been for you. Good luck for next adventure!
Well you are right, although we we're out of gears but we had one DSLR and one GoPro with us. Wrost night but if I think now seems fun. Thank you for your support and comment. Best wishes from Himalayas.
A little bit to exiting perhaps..😁
Thunderstorms on mountains are always scary and unforgetable experiences. I have survived them couple of times and later they became the best memories!
