Announcement: Joining the Privex Team

I gotta say, nothing quite like being on the brink to keep you humble and always in tune with what it's like to struggle.
I'm now officially employed by Privex Hosting. Now, if you guys don't know who these guys are, let's just say they are the representation of what hosting should be.
Workloads have increased, making a need to hire-on additional staff to help with all these orders and support requests.
I've been working on getting transitioned into the support role, but I will also be eying the tech support role in the near future. So, if you've spoken to support, it was most likely me! Hi there guys -Waves- :D
Well, I have a limited background in server management myself, but I have excellent skills in customer service and talking to people.
So once again, I'm going to be providing basic level customer service. Also, I'll be on billing inquiries.
Whilst slowly transitioning into the world of Server Administration. That's right, I'll be learning how to manage and deploy servers. And I'll be learning directly from the best @someguy123, who's going to be mentoring me the whole way.
Does that sound exciting to you guys or what?
I know some of you whales who may stumble on this post know who I am, but if you don't, we'll be getting to know each other much more. I will do my ultimate best to not only ensure the quality of service for Privex, but to do my best to raise the bar.
That being said, I'll be working on commissions less and less. So my commission spotlights will be slowing down. HOWEVER..
I'm going to be blogging about my journey through System administration. From step 1, the most basic of basic SysAdm principles.

Other than that, I will be Privex's in house designer, so if you've seen any cool post thumbnails or infographics, chances our that's something I've created.
I will be accepting commissions and posting regularly still, so that will not change.
Well folks, I hope you guys don't mind this somewhat cringy post. Just wanted to give you folks and update with what's going on. This is a really big thing for me, and I was dying to share it!

The Privex team confirms this. We are excited that @malicered has joined our family and are looking forward to bringing on all of his experience to our projects.
@Malicered has a long history of customer service experience as well as marketing, We really feel that will add value to everything between how we operate now, to how we expand out in the near future.

@malicered congrats on the position. As someone that rents one of @privex servers for Witness purposes, I can attest that these guys know what they are doing.
Hey thanks a lot @stuwhisson, for me something that is very important is customer skills, I lack the tech knowledge at the moment, but ideally, I hope to influence a mix of professionality. tech know how, and of course customer experience. Thank you very much!
