There is no other empirical test that is as accurate.
It may not be perfect but when you have a nail to knock in, and all you have is rock, it becomes the best hammer available...
Nonetheless, I think there are some realities in this world which can be explained by the IQ values, e.g. wealth differences within countries and between different countries.

Mainly because the test is statistically flawed.
