Manchester: Where I live and work

After reading some of the amazing stories on Steemit. I thought I would try and pull my socks up and start trying to make regular contributions on the platform. I have the intention of trying to at least post an article once a week.

I do have ideas for reviewing the bits of tech that I currently have so stay tuned but today. I thought I would share with you one of the places I spend most of my waking hours..... work!

I have been in IT for almost 20 years having done everything from Software development, testing, IT management, IT consultancy to now Cloud Architect. I have been truly blessed to working in some beautiful places around the world from Munich, London, New York and Boston but now I am in the lovely city of Manchester.

Its a truly great city and I will over the next coming few weeks blog more about it but for this blog I will give you my work place.

My workplace is great. The people here are warm passionate and dedicated.

It is not a typical office atmosphere and we take our meetings in a place we all affectionately call "The Garden" equipped with benches and tents to jump inside for some quiet contemplation or deep thought.

I love my work and truly grateful for being here. Its a small group of passionate people all wanted to do the best and push themselves with the challenges ahead. I am a couple of minutes from the City Centre and I have a beautiful view of the City.
