How to get there:

Google map Rubble Creek Trailhead which will take you to the parking lot of the trail.
On your way up I would suggest stopping by the Nester's Market in Squamish if you did not pack a lunch, need more water etc.

What to bring:

Backpack
Water
Sunscreen
First aid kit
Bug repellent
Bear bell
Hiking shoes
Snacks (bars, trail mix)
Swimsuit
I haven’t hiked all the hikes in BC but I have done a fair bit and I always come back to this one.
The season for this trail is from July - October.

The first 6 km was completely dry and the incline is gradual all the way up.

There are several waterfalls that you will pass, enjoy the cool air and the creek view.

Once you are past the switchbacks the patches of melting snow and mud are there with you the rest of the way.
At every junction there are signs that will direct you where you need to go.

I did see people attempt this hike in running shoes and would advise against it.
It is easy to lose traction as the snow is melting.

For general safety and overall comfort, I would recommend investing in a pair of hiking shoes.

There is nothing more refreshing than taking a dip in the lake after finishing the hike! When the snow melts of course.
Have lunch at the lake, enjoy the view and it's a day well spent!

Would love to hear what your favourite trails are!
