Often a headache is a common complaint experienced by almost everyone. Headache is a pain that occurs in the head, either on the area above the eyes or ears, back of the head, or behind the upper neck. The cause is also very diverse, such as high blood pressure, hot air, menstruation, brain disorders, and stress. Stress is often associated with the cause of headaches and each person must have different levels of stress. A study found that the higher the stress level you experience, the headache will be more pronounced. Headache due to stress can appear periodically and episodically. If you experience headaches that occur less than 15 days per month then it is considered episodic. And, if you experience headaches more than 15 days a month then it is considered a chronic or periodic headache. Both types of headaches are often felt on the forehead or the back of the neck and head. The episodic stress-induced headache usually begins gradually until it peaks during the day and lasts for 30 minutes at each session. As for chronic or periodic headaches will increase every time you experience headaches. This chronic headache occurs for a long time with pain throbbing on the front of the head, top, or right / left side. This type of headache will not affect your vision or balance, but you will feel anxious and irritable.
