The Law Of Attraction- What Does Science Say?
If you are like me, you think that the Law of Attraction sounds like a great theory; but where is the proof? What has the research found? It turns out that new research in quantum physics has a lot to say about this. It turns out that the latest research supports the Law of Attraction theory.
Quantum physics is just the study of the behavior of the distinct yet elusive little vibrating packets of energy (quanta) which are what protons, neutrons, and electrons are made of. Scientists found that these quanta behave in extraordinary ways.
When Albert Einstein found that E=MC squared, he had shown that matter and energy were not just related, but could be transformed back and forth into each other. Now we know that everything is made up of energy.
Scientists have learned that quanta can influence each other over great distances, and apparently at speeds faster than the speed of light. They called this "nonlocality" or "entanglement." Einstein referred to it as "spooky action at a distance." This suggests that we are indeed all connected, and anything that happens to one thing affects everything else. Think about that next time you are tempted to hurt or destroy something!
Bohr and Heisenberg when studying the behavior of quanta were surprised to find that they were like "tiny packets of possibility." Measuring all their properties at the same time was impossible. They found that these quanta "would take on the specific character of a material "thing" only when it was measured or observed. In other words, the observer or measurer's thoughts determined what "thing" the quanta.
When scientists explored at ever smaller scales, they eventually found that some force seems to be available at a temperature of (absolute zero), as all the known forms of energy disappear. They called it the "zero-point field." They found that this field is not a field of space, but it isn't precisely energy either. The best they could describe it was as a field of information.
This field has been described and guessed at for thousands of years. Ervin Laszlo called this field the A-field, Carl Jung called it the collective unconscious, and Rupert Sheldrake called it the morphogenetic field. Wallace Wattles described it as a "thinking stuff from which all things are made." According to Laszlo, this A-field has an energy density of 10 thousand billion which is more considerable energy in a single cubic centi, meter of empty space.
This field of pure consciousness, we have now learned, is billions of times more potent than any energy we can measure, and it knows everything that happens anywhere in the universe, instantaneously and with absolute accuracy. Does that not sound like God (or Spirit) to you? Chances are they are the same.
So now we know that everything we know is made up of vibrating energy in a field of pure consciousness more powerful and all-knowing than we can imagine. We can, and do, influence the form that this vibrating energy takes by thinking about it. Our thoughts really can create the things we see all around us. Now we have scientific proof that we can create anything we want. Now that is exciting!
