🤖 How the Internet f***ed up our attention span

Have you noticed that many people don't take the time anymore to learn a skill or read a book?

Have you noticed that people expect immediate results for their actions without putting the time in?

Have you noticed that people tend to give up so easily if something doesn't work out right away?

The reason for that is perfectly explained in the following video. I personally introduced Internet free times where I shut down the Internet completely and spend my time offline reading a book or learning a valuable skill. That makes you so much more productive since the Internet can be a distraction sometimes when things need to get done.

I know the Internet is necessary for most of us including me as an Online Entrepreneur, however, even I need my time offline where I can focus on other things.
