Renaissance Soul
Sometimes I feel like I am being pulled in all sorts of directions. I have so many interests that it it can be a bit challenging to sharpen my focus on just one thing and stick with it.
So instead of choosing one, I just try to do everything! lol Hence my dilemma.
If I could do it all -- I really would. I would love to travel the world and immerse myself into other far away lands and cultures. I'd love to learn the history of each place and meet interesting people. I'd love to have downtime to work on my art and create videos with my drone and take photos with my camera.
When I see others living the dream that I so badly want, it makes me wonder how they were able to achieve it. Did they just stumble into it or have they been working years to get where they are at now?
Like so many others, I have a few things working against me, and a couple of those things are time and money. I'd love to be able to work from home so I could work on my art and I'd love to have a job that would make it easier for me to get time off so I could travel -- and of course, I would love to not have so many bills so that I could make the aforementioned things happen.
Sorry for the rant. It just all seems strange to me that most of us are not doing what we love and working jobs we hate and are forced to spend our days with people that are not our family. Seems a bit messed up, doesn't it?
Anyone else ever feel this way? Let me know your thoughts!

Oh I feel you! I was in the rat race since I was 14. But I just quit my job to run my etsy business full time so I could start working towards my dreams instead of others.

Just do it. Time and money are meaningless. There are cheap tickets that pop up every now and then. Save up a little bit of money and just go!
That’s what we did. To hell with waiting for tomorrow. Tomorrow you can get hit by a truck. And there are ways to make money online or just take odd jobs wherever you end up.
