Your lighting is fine, frankly. Too much is just not necessary and it makes people look like they are sick or something. Keep it this way guys.

But, no need for the handheld mic. John was apparently very annoyed and distracted by it. Keep it for interviews outside of your studio. The sound was just fine before. Just drop the mic in the studio. We are just putting too much attention on it as an audience.
