2018 Oscar Movie Revew: I, Tonya

Yet another Oscar movie review with Rob: I, Tonya. Potential spoiler alerts ahead. I, Tonya is the true (sort of) events of the life of ice skater Tonya Harding and her brush with infamy. The story is told thru the own words (sort of) of all the characters involved. First let me say this movie is a lot fun. The real life story is so ridiculously true, there really wasn't much to make up. They did exaggerate the story for effect, but not much. Margot Robbie is brilliant as Tonya Harding and Allison Janney is, well she's frickin' Allison Janney, as Tonya's mother LaVona Golden. Both Actresses are nominated and give stellar performances. Again the movie has some funny moments as well as some tragic ones as well. This movie is definitely worth watching.
