Discrimination of Employees at Organizational Level

What a world we live in, where favoritism has caused so much dismay among the masses, be it an organization, be it a domestic matter. Most of the people out there, have developed this attribute within themselves and have blindfolded themselves with the facet of favoritism. They don't appreciate other people grooming, they never let others to get a chance to prove themselves. They work and live with a narrow mindset and a limited vision where they are only able to see their loved ones and immediate relatives, whom they want to prosper. 

The prevailing injustice of letting others refrain from the core activities within an organization is  not new. It has been prevalent since quite a long time, especially in corporate environment, you will see many talented and skilled employees, who are compelled to stay behind and aren't allowed to groom themselves properly. The result is that, those employees develop an inner dissatisfaction and demoralizing frame of mind, that not only hinders their professional capabilities but also cause immense difficulties for them to grow professionally. Those bosses, who always think of themselves, are only concerned about their well-being, they don't really care, if their assistants and sub-ordinates are suffering from internal problems, or suffering from lack of self-esteem, they simply don't care. They don't even bother to think about the upgrading and grooming of their sub-ordinates. Such a culture, not only kills an employee's abilities from inside but also tend to create a gap of finding new fresh talent. 

Everyone is, experiencing from such a scenario directly or indirectly. 
It is not necessary for you to be a BOSS at your place, to influence others
You need to be a LEADER, who could lead others by example, to gain respect in the eyes of your sub-ordinates
You need to come out of your shell, and think in a broader spectrum, where other employees are also considered and given equal importance.
Without having developed your young/fresh employees for your future needs, no organization could prosper in a longer run
