Will Fed keep raising interest rate wiht SVB news?

SVB news seems to affecting the whole banking industry. Failure of big financial institution is always not good for the whole system but this time it seems market is digesting the news as possibility of Feb slowing the interest rate to deal with this. Nobody know how SVB will affect to other financial institutions and US or global financial system but it seems to be that it is not a good news to keep interest rate high in fast pace.
