Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal is one of the unique additions to the Mughal architecture and one of the seven wondrous establishments in the world. Construction of the building started in 1632, whose work ended in 1648 AD. Taj Mahal's construction style combines Persia, Turkey, Indian and Islamic architecture. Although the dome-shaped royal palace of the white marble is well-liked, the Taj Mahal is actually a complex integral architecture as a whole. In 1631, the mournful emperor Shahjahan ordered the construction of Taj Mahal to mourn the death of the second wife Momtaz Mahal. The original tomb was completed in 1648 and the buildings and gardens around it were made more than five years later.

In front of the Taj Mahal there was a large charbagh (the Mughal garden was divided into four parts). The 300 meters-by 300-meter gardens are grounded in a garden of 16 flowers using a quadrangle per quarter, which is very beautiful in contrast to the white stone Taj Mahal. There is a high marble stone water maze in the middle of the shrub and in the middle of the door, where the Taj Mahal is seen.

Currently, only Amr Singh can enter the fort by tourists gate. Like the outside of the castle, it's pretty much inside. Dewan-e-khas, Shahjahan's Dewan-i-Mama, Shishmahal, Jahangir palace, the infamous Mumman Buruj or Jesmin Palace, where Shajahan was imprisoned by son Aurangzeb, all these were seen in the Agra fort. In front of the Agra Fort, you can also take a look at the garment made by Begum Zahani in front of the station.
