Would you be taking the stairs if there is no data coverage in the elevator?
Would you? Huh? I know for sure I would!
Students are going Lion King with there phone when there is no coverage so therefore, we have some access points in the elevators for our students. Mostly for me since I was not spending more on my data bundle but who cares? The bosses are liking the idea so sure, yeah, place them!
Six elevators and six access points. That's it right? No! We need camera's too! We want to record everything what is happening in this metal box moving up and down with our students...
I can tell you but not show you! Things are happening in there for sure. Two words: Girls and mirrors :)
Well since "we" have switched to another wifi vendor I had to replace the Access Points on the top of the elevators today.
Never in my career I thought that I have to be on a elevator to hang an access point myself because of data hungry students...
But yeah since this is 2017, this is a real thing and it's on.
You guys shouldn't do that..that way students would take the stairs, and workout a bit :D But if it was me, i would take the elevator, with or without data coverage.
Oh Man! I would sit on this elevator just to sit as close to this acces point as possible!
