Hello Steemians! This is Ruel from Philippines and this is my original song composition as entry for this week's Steemit OpenMic Competition. This song reflects the extreme pain when someone you truly love is now happy with someone else. Letting go of the memories you shared with someone you love is always difficult. But one thing is for sure, if we truly love that person, we'll always choose what makes her happy even if that includes being happy without you.

The Places I Visited in Aichi, Japan by @abigailloveremo

As a participant of an exchange student programme in Japan, I was privileged to visit Aichi prefecture. I went to Aichi-ken on the middle of April. It was a lovely season for it was spring time. I know that there are countless things to do and visit in Japan. Well, I hope to take a longer trip soon! You may cherry-pick on these places that I was able to drop by.

You can’t get enough of Turks and you will keep coming back for more. It is known to be the undisputed king of kebabs and doners here in the Philippines. On 2007, Turks only had a single stall, and now has more than 80 branches in Metro Manila and all over the country.

When no is good...And when no means not yet... It has been said by only a few people in a certain lifetime that life's disappointments come and go, but always remember that the 'no' coming from God may only mean He wants the best for you or either He is saying that it is 'not yet' the perfect time. As a matter of fact, God wants it so much that He is willing to see you disappointed sometimes or for a certain moment in order to give you His best on the next day.

FOOD TRIP #2: Dining at Hukad - Tikman ang Panlasang Pinoy!

Hukad is a Cebuano word meaning to take out the rice in a pot. If you're into rice like most Filipinos are, Hukad is the best choice for you as their official tagline says "Always a feast!", they offer unlimited rice! For only 223php ($4.46), we ordered Sinugbang Pusit (Grilled Squid) that is stuffed with leaks and onions, marinated with soy sauce and calamansi. The squid is not chewy at all, it was cooked perfectly and equally delicious!

Cats have powerful night vision, allowing them to see at light levels six times lower than what a human needs in order to see. They also have excellent hearing and a powerful sense of smell. When they frown, they are usually "taste-scenting" but they can't taste sweetness.
