4 days back to steemit,busy tired lots of things to do etc...
Now, on the menu of my uncle bistro there’s quite a good choice of different dish you will find
I will show you the chicken skewer one of these we served today!
Let’s me show you how the chicken skewer are cooked!!!

After being marinated the skewer, place on the grill till cooked
After 10 minutes on the grill, the skewer will turn to it’s amazing coloration! Then take out of the grill
On the other side,preparing the bread by cutting the surface put the sauce that you prefer like algerienne sauce then add the salade
The final result. Here’s the chicken skewer in the bread with chips(depends on the customer wish)
