In my personal opinion is not power that corrupts people but the environment surrounding them.
I spent 3 months living in a house with 3 other persons because i was working at 300km away from home and that was the house provided for us.
At the begining i didn't like them,they were alcoholics and not so smart people but i decided that i could change them.After some time i thought i was changing them because they were starting to look smarter in my oppinion but i didn't realize that were not them becoming like me but me becoming like them.
I realized that when i left job for 3 weeks and took a trip to Romania, after coming back From my trip and realized that i was becoming an alcoholic and my beliefs were changing i refused to go back working in that place.
