Recipe Nastar Cake and How To Make It

Hello Steemians and all lovers of cakes
Today I want to share a very good cookie recipe Nastar Cake, who does not know this very delicious cake, so I want to share the recipe and how to make it

Ingredients for Nastar cake jam:

  • 4 pineapple uk. being shredded / mashed
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar (to taste)

Dough ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 500 gr margarine (blue band / palmia)
  • 75 gr butter / butter (wijsman / triangle / orchid)
  • 750 gr wheat flour (blue key)
  • 2 tablespoons of refined sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk powder white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 box (180 gr) grated cheddar cheese (half for mixed dough, half for sprinkling)

Steps in cooking Nastar Cake

  • Cook shaved pineapple over a small fire stove, try a sticky pan. Put all the jam material, stirring constantly until dry. When finished, aerated and briefly inserted into the refrigerator for easy shaping of small spots (if necessary).

  • Mixer eggs, butter, roombutter, refined sugar until smooth. No more than 1 minute. The point is just to dough together. NO dimixer until pale white dough yes ..

  • Enter the grated cheese, stirring briefly with a spatula.

  • Add the flour, milk powder, powdered vanilla until well blended and can be kneaded by hand.

  • The dough is formed round or small to taste and filled with pineapple jam. The dough should not be too long hand held

  • Enter into the oven for about 10 minutes.

  • Take out briefly and given a spread of egg yolks that have been mixed with a little liquid milk. Then put a sprinkling of cheese on top. Put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the bottom of the cake is slightly browned.

  • Before putting into the jar, you should wait until the nastar cake is really cold
