3 Keys To Success On Steemit

  1. Content

Have you ever read a post that seemed to be well thought out and written, and really grabbed your attention? That is exactly what you should want your post to be like, beautifully written and well thought out; a real attention grabber. This can be achieved fairly easily, but it does take some effort. While it’s not impossible to whip together some quality work in a short amount of time, it is rather difficult. You should definitely take your time with your articles and pay close attention to detail.
Grammar and spelling are very important when composing an article, and a good deal of time should be put into making sure everything is correct. Spelling is rather simple to correct, use spell check and use it often. Grammar on the other hand may be a little more difficult to use correctly, although there are writing apps that have grammar checks as well. While these things are important, it’s not anything to lose sleep over. As long as it looks semi-correct most people will never question it.
Length of the article should definitely be taken into careful consideration as well. I am a firm believer that more is better, so I would personally say write longer articles. There are probably many others out there that would disagree with me however. Truthfully, it is a matter of personal preference; if you do write a short article, do make sure it is of good quality however.

 2. Consistency

Posting on a regular basis should be a given. Now, I’m not saying that you have to post every hour on the hour, but two or three times a week,or even once a day would be good. There are a couple reasons for this actually. 1: It gives your readers more to read. 2: The more you post, the more you might possibly earn.
With that being said, you should not overpost however. You don’t want to be that annoying individual flooding everyone else's feed with half assed articles about your breakfast. So yeah, as far as consistency goes; post enough to be noticed but not so much that people get sick of seeing you. You could use facebook as an example, do you like the guy (or girl) that posts nonstop about every moment of their day? If you said no like I’m sure you did, then why would you want to emulate that person on another platform? Once a day is a great number to shoot for, and should help boost a following if you’re putting out quality work.

  1. Promotion

This is the final and most important step towards becoming successful in the world of steemit. Have you ever heard the saying, “you have to spend money to make money” ? well that saying definitely applies to the world of steemit. Let’s say you just spent three days writing a banging post and you want to get noticed; what should you do? Bingo, you guessed it; walk that mouse down to the promote option and click away. Don’t be stingy either, the more you pay to promote your post the wider of an audience it is going to reach. If you are absolutely positive that you are putting out good work, then you have nothing to fear. You can also use bots to resteem your post to a wider fanbase as well. Be careful when using bots however, because some are not quite what they’re cracked up to be.
