Hi There.....Do you like red?
Yes, red you know that very pretty color.....It's my favorite color and if I buy something be it clothes or anything else it is hard for me to resist anything in that color.
But did you know that today was Wear Red Day.....It always is on the first Friday of February 😊
So tell me what are you wearing today? Is it red?
But where does this come from.....How did this day come to be?
It was the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute that established this campaign in order to bring awareness to the fact that more than half a million people die of heart disease every year in the United States.
I bet you didn't know that.....That's ok I didn't know that either until a few hours ago when I checked to see if there was any kind of special day today on https://www.daysoftheyear.com/ 😁
But wearing red is not the only thing special on today's calendar.....It's also Working Naked Day.
Nope I didn't spell that wrong it is exactly how you read it here 😋
Ok so here comes the million-dollar question.....Did you go to work naked?
Haha, I surely don't hope so.....Maybe you forgot to put on your clothes.....Nah I don't believe that.....And if you would have who knows it might be in the news tonight 😂
Why on earth would someone want to celebrate this kind of day and what would this person mean by that?
Actually, it was founded by a woman called Lisa Kanarek who left her corporate job to start working from home about 20 years ago.
At that time it wasn't an obvious choice to leave your job and start working from home and she was worried that she would not be taken seriously. In a way, she felt naked without a boss or coworkers and this is how this day came to be 😁
Ok, now you can breathe again.....You don't have to go to work naked to celebrate this day the next time.....All you need to do is to slip into something comfortable, pour yourself a hot cup of coffee, lean back on the coach maybe and stay at home the day to work 😋

Oh no I didn’t know I was in black and white in the snow, I would be cold naked hahahahaha it’s a great thing to raise awareness just by putting on the color to let the world know you support the cause. I loved that you did a blog about it
