These days switching to healthier options seems to be a lot more complicated due to numerous reasons, some of which are may be temptation towards sugary drinks and soda drinks, which we know they are not at all good for our system. Finding a healthier drink outdoors is quite a difficult task and that may associate with huge price tag. So why can’t make a healthier drink at home to satisfy our gut.
Lemon Water
Known for an abundance of Vitamin C, approx. 51% of our daily requirement, in it, lemon water is the perfect option to acquire a healthy lifestyle. The benefits are numerous. Some of which are it helps to flourish your skin, improves your digestive system. I think the juice with warm water even enhances the properties. So make sure to first of all drink enough water and add little bit of lemon, which boosts a significant amount of your immune system.

Green Tea
Next comes all time favourite of mine, Green tea. When it comes to benefits of consuming green tea, they are many. There is some evidence states the consumption of green tea on everyday basis may alleviate the problems associated with memory, improves resistance to insulin, and may reduce obesity. In addition, people who suffer from any allergies will get some relief when they consume this tea on a daily basis. However, when you consume it with iron, the key benefits of green tea, which is powerful antioxidants, will be reduced.
When that occurs, the green tea loses its potential as an antioxidant. In order to get the benefits of green tea, it may be best to not consume it with iron-rich foods." Iron-rich foods include red meat and dark leafy greens, such as kale and spinach.
Coconut water
Coconut water facilities you with immense benefits because it is rich in potassium, chloride, and carbohydrates. It is great for hair too. But the main use of the coconut water is to hydrate body during summers.
Green vegetable juice
It may not be sounding appetizing to our brain, but it does to our gut. Vegetables such as dark green leafy, contains many vitamins such as A, C, E and k. In addition to that, it is a rich source of calcium, magnesium, iron and fibre. Moreover, it also helps doctors to understand correctly what going in our gut due to the pigment that develops dark colour in vegetables.
Our work suggests that this spinach-like, nanoparticle juice can help doctors get a better look at what's happening inside the stomach, intestines and other areas of the GI tract.
There are a lot of other drink which are awesome to improve our healthy lifestyle, but starting with these drinks and moving future is a good idea. Also, these are readily available, which even costs less.
A glass of water with lemon juice in the morning always makes me feel awake and fresh, ready to tackle the day ahead! Great post 😉
