Paganini writhed on the stage like no other, but not because he had to move fast due to the complexity of his pieces, rather it was a reflection of the excitement in his body when playing.

His tall and lanky body with his faded clothes attracted burlesque glances accompanied with an attitude of contempt, this until he caressed the four strings with his bow and ended up falling in love to the most demanding ear of those who heard him.
