It was killing me to at first. I need my hours where nobody is bugging me. I used to stay till 2-3 am up, but was mostly tired the next day so I start experimenting with hours over an year ago. This is the best what works for me at the moment and of course it must not apply to others. Our uniqueness is a very important and beautiful part of life.
