Almost at the finish line

Got a lot of things done today. First we had the packing which was pretty smooth. A couple of minor hiccups but nothing that can't be solved by just accepting some delays here and there.

Then a nice lunch before heading to negotiate with the landlord. Our negotiating team put in a hard fight and there were outbursts here and there.

In the end we did settle on a lower amount and I wonder if the landlord was being unreasonable because they expected the company to cover an exorbitant amount.

Personally, I would rather just stay in a serviced apartment and not deal with all this hassle next time.
