(Re) Onboarding Still An Issue?
I feel that communities and tribes have been the interesting side of the evolving ecosystem which is what I had always assumed they could do for the community years ago. However, like many startups, many fail and few survive. As I look into my sidechain wallets here, I see so many tokens from these communities which indicate the development seen. I also see many differences on how active they are which probably signal those that have been successful with their communities on engaging throughout the ecosystem.
I am still proud to say that I have HODL these tokens throughout the cycles and have mostly committed to staking them. However, now I need to know what is the next step in many of these different communities. Is it more of a choose and align my engagement in one of them or is there a way to remain broad within the community? I think that many of these communities like LEO, CTP, AFIT, and SPT remain front and center of my interest to grow as a user and community member. However, what is the path is still a question for me...
I have started to re-connect to these Discords as well and hope to start engaging once again as I develop a game plan to "come back." The reality is that it seems that I was never gone as I tried to always remain present. However, I now want to be more purposeful at this approach to start rebuilding once again. I would love to get some thoughts on how to onboard so please let me know any thoughts or ways to do so down below in the comments.
