Hello my dear kawaii family!

I hope you all are doing great 😊 And welcome to a new Yummy food, love in my tummy post! I have been a little bit busy this week but finally a new post is ready! :) Today I’m taking you with me to one of the most delicious Japanese restaurants in Yangon. As you already know I love Japanese food (yummm)🍱 as We have been in some Japanese restaurants already but none of them in Yangon and none of them a Teppanyaki restaurant.

The word Teppanyaki comes from the word teppan that means iron plate and yaki which means grilled, so if we put it together it will be something like grilling on an iron plate. The dishes cooked include steak, seafood, chicken, as well as dough-based foods like yakisoba and rice.

The special side of Teppanyaki style cooking relies on its unique deliciousness and the show the skilled chefs put up in front of you while they are cooking your meal.

The restaurant we visited is called Cho Japanese Dinning at the Sedona Hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. It is in the first floor and the place is very nice decorated, oh! and the service is amazinggg :) They were so attentive and polite, taking care of every single detail (This is why I love the customer service in Asia), and the chef was splendid.

You can either select your food by single dishes or choose one of the three Teppanyaki set options. So we ordered a Teppanyaki set each. They serve the food with an specific order and here it is:

1. The most delicious Sashimi omg! Yumm!😋

2. Seafood plate, also delicious!

3. Beef and chicken plate, also delicious!

4. Garlic rice and miso soup, omg everything is delicious here!😂

5. Dessert (It was a cheesecake)

El señor faceless(my boyfriend) and I ate soooo much, but I’m glad it was as always on my cheat day :P So if you never tried a Teppanyaki place I highly recommend it. Please give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

Espero que todos estén muy bien 😊 Y bienvenidos a un nuevo post de Yummy food, love in my tummy He estado un poco ocupada esta semana, pero finalmente un nuevo post está listo! Hoy te llevaré conmigo a uno de los restaurantes japoneses más deliciosos de Yangon. Como ya sabes me encanta la comida japonesa (yummm) 🍱 ya que hemos estado en algunos restaurantes japoneses, pero ninguno de ellos en Yangon y ninguno de ellos un restaurante tipo Teppanyaki.

La palabra Teppanyaki proviene de la palabra teppan que significa plancha de hierro y yaki, que significa asar a la parrilla, así que si lo ponemos junto sería algo como asar a la parrilla en una plancha de hierro haha. Los platos cocinados incluyen carne, mariscos, pollo, así como alimentos a base de masa como yakisoba y arroz.

El lado especial de la cocina estilo Teppanyaki se basa primero en su deliciosa comida y segundo en el asombroso espectáculo que los talentosos chefs demuestran mientras están cocinando tu comida.

El restaurante que visitamos se llama Cho Japanese Dinning en el Hotel Sedona en Yangon, Myanmar. Está en la primera planta y el lugar es muy bien decorado. ¡oh! Y el servicio es increíble :) fueron muy atentos y educados, cuidando de cada detalle (por eso me encanta el servicio al cliente en Asia) y la chef porsupuesto espléndida.

Puedes seleccionar la comida por platos individuales o elegir una de las tres opciones de set Teppanyaki. Nosotros pedimos un set Teppanyaki para cada uno. Ellos te sirven la comida con un orden específico:

1. El más delicioso Sashimi omg! Yumm!😋
2. Plato de mariscos, también delicioso!
3. Plato de carne y pollo, también delicioso!
4. Arroz de ajo y sopa de miso, omg todo es delicioso aquí! 😂
5. Postre (fue un cheesecake)

El señor sin rostro (mi novio) y yo comimos muchísimo, pero me alegro de que fue como siempre en mi día de la trampa :P Así que si nunca has probado un restaurante Teppanyaki te lo recomiendo 100%, no te arrepentirás. Por favor inténtalo y dime que tal te pareció.
