RE: Vaccines: What Is Science Anyway?

in #blog7 years ago

"Vaccines are where science and reality clash..."

Your words are awesome... nonsense.
Not only the headline but quit everyting: Science is by its very definition based on reality, it's the empiric and thoughtful investigation of what we can perceive, hence the reality.

Thank you very much for nothing.

Thank you very much for something 😜

Yes, the age old debate of whether science should have authoritative power over the masses!

I believe the answer should always be NO!

If this is an age old question, it's a perverted one.
Scientific thinking also includes the ability to ask the right questions. The answer can only be as good as the question inflicts.
Let's explain: Science is nothing more than a systematic and intelligent way to learn about the universe, hence the system with all it's intrinsic rules in which we are caught in. This does not only apply to natural sciences but to all fields of serious science.
Therefore, science, as a non-autonomous entity, never exercises any ('authoritative') power over another entity, but is a tool only. - The tool to be used by the masses to to educate themselves!
But people who are lazy, afraid or ignorant tend to choose not to seriously deal with their reference system, but make up their 'own reality', which in turn can be maintained by asking perverted questions, suggesting that their rejected enemy is a evil monster ('scientific thinking' in this case) trying to consume whatever may emotionalize the topic discussed. Because then people stop to think conclusive and are prone to also get caught in the perverted view of the whole.
