Some Important Things About Our Harddisk

We all know what hard disk works in our computer, but very few people will know that who made it and how it works and what its contribution is, let's know with Moneymantra

IBM is the world's first hard disk drive manufacturer
You will be surprised to know that this hard disk drive was 10 times bigger than today and only 5 MB DATA could have been stored in it.
In the same year, IBM created a hard disk drive, with a storage capacity of 2.52 GB, whose size was equal to a refrigerator and weighing about 250 KG
Hard disk drive is the storage of the computer, it stores data in digital form
Hard disk drive does not run from the four corners visible from above but a magnetic
The disk is called DATA save on the same magnetic disk
This magnetic disk has been botched in three parts,
- track
- Sector
- Cluster
Even if the data is deleted or formatted from the hard disk drive, the Image of Data remains marked on it, due to which it is possible to do the Data Recovery of Hard Drive by Disk Recovery Software.
The smallest unit of measurement of data in the hard disk drive is bytes, after which it goes on increasing something like this -
1 megabyte = 1024 kilobytes
1 gigabyte = 1024 megabyte
1 terabyte = 1024 gigabyte
Right now we are only using 1 or 2 terabytes i.e. approximately 1 to 2 thousand GB of hard disk drive but in the future there is a possibility of a large storage capacity of hard disk drive.
