Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de leche en polvo.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 1/4 de taza de agua.
- 1 cucharada de vainilla.
Preparación:
- En una olla se coloca el agua y la azúcar, se lleva al fuego lento y se revuelve hasta que el azúcar se disuelva totalmente.
- A continuación se integran los todos los ingredientes en una licuadora: En primer lugar se añade el azúcar derretida y con la licuadora encendida se van incorporando poco a poco la leche en polvo y la cucharada de vainilla.
- Licuar por unos 15 minutos.
- Verter en un bol y llevar al refrigerador por horas hasta que obtenga la consistencia espesa característica.
