How to ruin a game in a short time

After a long period of development, the new Survivor Royale map Skull Island will for the first time update the PC version, including the new large 8X8 size map, high definition graphics quality, and the game experience will be completely updated.

The new map contains not only special scenes such as warships, airports and missile launch sites, but also rainy weather. In addition, due to the fact that there are large areas of water, we have also added diving functions and more types of boats.
For the mobile version, we are optimizing performance now. When the mobile version is updated, you need to download the latest client package again from the app store to play the new map.

The first thing I want to say is that they are not all that they added to this patch, they added twice as much speed to swimming, they added more time at the end of the season and they added new temporary game modes, none of these things brought anything bad to the game, they added a bit of quality to it, what happens is that this new island brought new textures and a weather and time system, that they didn't know how to optimize those textures and curious things happened, like that putting the game in the Spanish language gave you more FPS, to the 2 days of the game began to see how only 25-40 players entered each game and from there only bots, people who have played a Battleroyale know how important are the people in a game like this

What can be done now?

What I'll do is change games, I'll go to another one from the same company, Knives Out, a game that has a lot more mechanics, more experienced people, more community, 2 maps (not temporary) and a lot more content, I'll talk about how Knives Out beats Survivor Royale in another post, this game is why I think they left Survivor Royale "abandoned", I use the word "abandoned" because although they made a new map that is better than the normal one, it has some defects and bugs, like the ones they added to the normal map and that terrible optimization of textures.

How is NetEase to blame for all this?

As I said in the previous paragraph, Knives Out may have had some blame for not keeping the Survivor Royale 100%, and also Rules Of Survival, two battleroyals from the same company, yes, NetEase has 3 battleroyals that make practically no difference, in Knives Out and Survivor Royale they have the same map (KO and SR have other unrelated maps)...., and apparently Rules Of Survival also has the same map, same icons for weapons (some weapons are not shared between games), if they only had one BattleRoyale game the company's team dedicated to that game could have less bugs, more quality, more community, better gameplay in general, but as they have 3 almost equal games you can not do that.
