Easy Breezy Summer Goddess Look

Want to achieve that summer glowy look but don't know where or how to start? Here are my summer must have beauty products and tricks to bring out your inner Goddess!😉

Step 1- If you want to have that J Lo glow while still wanting to be protected from the sun, a BB cream is the way to go! A BB cream is a combination of sunblock, concealer and skin care. Basically having 3 staple products in one small packet, talk about convenience! This BB cream(iwhite korea) that I'm currently using and loving is HG status! Not only does it look great but it also performs like no other. If you're having a hard time looking for the perfect base for the warm season, look no further. Oh and this bad boy just costs me 20 Pesos, such a bargain!♥

Step 2- You can never go wrong with blush especially for the summer! This blush that I'm using is a cream type. I prefer using cream blushes because it stays on much longer than our traditional powder blushes. You can easily find good quality cream blushes at Watsons! Just make sure to choose a shade that is more on the rosier side to achieve that fresh, drunk blushed look.🌺

Step 3- Baakiiinggg! Oh no, I'm not talking about food this time. Baking is a technique that is used to prolong your make up! Oily girls out there, this is the step you don't want to miss. Whip out your favorite loose powder and with any sponge or puff, press the powder(heavily) on the places where you usually get oily. For me, thats the T-zone area (forehead, nose, chin). Let the powder stay there for atleast a minute or so and sweep gently with a brush. Your face won't be looking like a greasy fried chicken by the end of the day. Life changing huh?😅 And that's how you bake outside of the kitchen ladies!😉

Ste 4- This is one of the key products in achieving that summer glow. Bronzeeeeer! Yes, I'm not really a brozer gal but when it comes to looking sunkissed, a good bronzer will really give you that! Find a bronzer that has a warm undertone and simply apply by using any fluffy brush that you have and start bronzing the hallows of your cheek bones, under your jawline and you can even add some to your forehead to give an overall radiant glow. Don't forget your eyes girl! This time, use a smaller brush to give some warmth to your eyelids using the same bronzer we used earlier. Now that's a bronzey glow!💋

Step 5- Shimmer shimmer shimmer! Yes, you heard it right. It's time to bring out the bling ladies! Any shimmery champaigne toned eyeshadow(middle shade) that you have will do the trick! Using a brush or your finger, simply tap the shadow in the center of your eyelid to create a wide awake look! Using the same pallate, I'm taking the darkest brown shadow (bottom shade) with an angled brush to create a subtle liner look. Using a dark powder eyeshadow rather than a liquid liner gives it a more softer and sweeter finish.😃

Step 6- We know this step all too well! It's a must and should never be forgotten.😅 What make up look is complete without mascara right? Curl your lashes first and simply apply your mascara of choice starting from roots to tips! Wiggling the wand while applying your mascara gives your lashes a more voluminous look. Yaaaaaaas lashes for daaayss honey!😉

Step 7- A good brow makes all the difference! If you want a more bushy softer brow effect, use a brow powder (middle shade). But if you want to go with a stronger brow then go ahead and use the pomade or wax (left shade). This brow pallette that I'm using is from Maybelline. They have alot of really good quality products with affordable price tags! Now everyone can have there "brows on fleek" everyday!✔

Step 8- Blind them haters😂 Let them see you shine from miles away with that beaming highlight! If you really wanna glow this summer, try using a highlighter that has a golden undertone, it usually flatters asian skintones better! Take any brush that you have and simply apply to the tops of your cheekbones and never forget the bridge of your nose. You want that area to look thin and snatched as possible!😉 Here I'm using another locally available product. Pinksugar's highlighter in the shade "Sin City". I got this on sale for 250 Pesos. Yeeeeeeey🙌

Step 9- And finally we are down to our last and final step! Woohoooo you made it!!!🙏🙏🙏 Your puckers should never be forgotten. For this step you have alot of choices! You can go for a tint, a lipstick or a gloss. Personally for this look, I chose a peachy pink lipstick to ofcourse look fresh and sweet! I'm sure you guys already noticed that I love using locally available and affordable products. It makes me so happy to discover good quality products that is budget friendly for everyone! This here is one of my favorite lipstick, it's Sassy color in the shade "Chocolate Sunflower". Ironically its the total opposite of a chocolate shade 😅.
