Spring has Sprung!!! ❀
I had a busy, fantastic weekend.
I managed to sneak over to my parent's house, have coffee and visit on Friday, this doesn't happen enough and it was overdue to happen. It was dress weather all weekend. Michigan winters are always excessively long and depressing. Spring has sprung!! and I am uber excited!!
I put on this fantastic new dress to Celebrate!
On Saturday we went to the School Carnival.
Every year for the last few years I have taken the kids to the school carnival. They always have a good time. Seth (the oldest) was helping work the carnival so he was not hanging out with us (he is much too cool to hang with me anyways, so working or not...he wouldn't have). The carnival is full of games, and this year they had the gym full of bouncy houses and inflatable slides/obstacle courses. They also have a petting zoo and delicious junk food. The kids got new books from a "book walk" and tons of nickle prizes. The ice cream store opened too so we went and had ice cream, espresso malts are amazing.
I spent the remainder of the weekend cleaning and indulging in Tedtalks
My house needed a ton of attention. I cleaned and organized and purged. Oh My! My brain feels less clustered and TedTalks are such a guilty pleasure, I will share my favorite one below, please feel free to put your favorite on in the comments.
I am starting out this week right, I feel relaxed, and happy. Spending tons of time outside this weekend was something fantastic and free I did for myself.

Best time of the year

You look happy and the kids too, you can see that on their face. Congratulations, seems like we had the same work this week. I spent the last four days taking everything out of my apartment and rearrange the whole space. You will be surprised with the changes made.
About Ted talks, I do watch at least one every week. This week, I already got a couple downloaded mostly about Blockchain Tech. This week I was working a little bit on my management skills and happened to revisit this Ted talk by Dan Pink on the Puzzle of Motivation. I'll be blogging about it soon.
