3rd Post. Transgender men in Venezuela. Exist? Because they are not visible?
If transsexual women exist, will transsexual men also exist? then, why nobody knows us? Because yes, I am a transsexual man. And I live in Venezuela.

The answer to that question is simple. Almost nothing is known about us because when we started our hormonal process we also start to look like men. And before we start, we are part of society under the label of male lesbians. And the transsexual women? Because before their hormonal process they are under the label of effeminate men and after starting the process, they continue under the same label. Why? Because the physical changes that the low-quality hormones that circulate in Venezuela for trans women can offer, there are very few. In fact almost none. They almost do not change physically. And those hormones, although of poor quality, have a high cost, not all can acquire them. And society continues to label them as men "who deny their masculinity". Therefore, they are more visible than us, and that is also why they suffer more violence than us.
But why are they still so visible? If you live in Latin America, the image that will come to mind when I mention the term, transsexual woman is that of a prostitute, it is not your fault that you label like this, it is everyone's fault.

Imagine a person who is expelled from his home, diminished in his study center (if they are studying them), living sexual violence, because although society marks them as "what a man should never be" and "the couple that a man should never have "and above all" what a man should never wish" you would be surprised at the number of men who violate them because they want and repress them, because society tells them what would be the only job they serve ? Prostitute
But, not all is lost, not all transgender women belive that only for that they were born, not all are forced to prostitute themselves. In Venezuela we have a transsexual deputy in the national assembly, human rights activists, flight attendants, doctors, lawyers, in short, any profession.
But, and if I mention the term transsexual man, what do you imagine? Probably nothing. Or maybe you have a vague image of security guard in supermarkets or pharmacies. Well, not everyone belive that only for that we were born either and we have engineers, publicists, mechanics, psychologists, paramedics, barbers, etc.
An inclusive society begins to be so when one is inclusive, a better society is built when one is better.
