Current weight: ~166 pounds
Goal weight: 140 pounds
Goal-by date: April 1, 2018

Food diary: Ham, sausage, bacon, and cheese omelette; multigrain toast with butter and grape jam; orange juice, and piece of spinach and feta omelette. Consumed between 8:30-10 am.

Spinach casserole, scallops au gratin, pork ribs, fish with lemon sauce, rice, red velvet cake with frosting, donut, cream puffs, and chocolate-covered almonds. Consumed between 8:00-10:30 pm.

Duration of fast since last meal prior: 10 hours

The fasted state is entered only 8-12 hours after eating a meal, if no food is then taken in afterwards so I am unsure if I ever did achieve a fasted state yesterday. As can clearly be seen, the foods I eat are quite unhealthy, and yet since beginning to fast intermittently, my skin has improved in terms of acne and dryness/flakiness, but not in terms of under-eye bags and blackheads/sebaceous filaments. I plan to fast all day tomorrow, and if possible, even Friday as well.
