Relaxing sunday

Today it is relaxing sunday.
Got up late, having a nice breakfast.
Nothing else to do.

As a child, I remember my mum was always making jigsaw puzzles.
Nice pictures of landscapes. I always wanted to help and left the difficult part for her. The blue sky and the green grass for example.
She was not happy about that.

Today, on relaxing sunday, I decided to make a jigsawpuzzle. I have many of them in my closet.
No landscapes, but funny drawings from Jan van Haasteren.
I ussually make one of 1000 or 1500 pieces.
I have a nice shelf to put the puzzle on. The shelf can be tidied under the table.

I always start with the edges, and after that I do the easy parts. But now my mum is not there to do the difficult parts, but I am all right.

The fireplace is on, having some wine, the jigsaw puzzle is almost finished.

What a relax sunday.
