High Server Usage Due to DOS Attack from a Bad IP (66.29.147.234)

I have been getting alerts - the server is on High CPU spikes for a few hours. I was outside.

When I got home, I quickly investigated the logs, and identified a bad actor ((ip.src in {66.29.147.234}))

Then, I added the IP to the CloudFlare WAF (Web Access Firewall), and the server returns to normal.
