A piece of my day and peanut butter cookies.

Laying in bed at the end of the day in rural Alberta Canada thinking what can I steem about today. I forgot to take a picture of my supper to enter into the foodphotography contest. I had it all planned then of course I forgot!

This morning I got up to go outside and shovel my driveway after the fresh snow fall last night, but my neighbor had already done it for me. That makes it a pretty good day! To repay my neighbor I came back inside and made them some homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. My favorite quick and easy recipe from the kraft light peanut butter jar. It's only 3 ingredients therefore very quick and easy. Also very delicious although for the cookies today I assume they were delicious. I've been doing a low carb no sugar or very low sugar diet to get my diabetes under control. So no cookies for me! They smelled and looked delicious but guess what...I forgot to take a picture before delivering them to the neighbor. I will include a picture of the recipe for anyone interested in quick easy delicious cookies. (Credit for the recipe goes to the kraft peanut butter jar.) I always add semi sweet chocolate chips to mine.
